1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CozyDen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CozyDen is a browser-based new tab productivity platform that lets you organize bookmarks, widgets, and visual content into customizable notebook layouts. The Service is provided as a browser extension and web application.

3. Accounts

You may use CozyDen without an account with limited functionality. Creating an account enables cloud sync and additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

CozyDen offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan. Features and limits for each plan are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to CozyDen, including bookmarks, folder structures, and custom images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
• Uploaded assets (backgrounds, stickers, GIFs) are stored on our servers and subject to storage limits based on your plan.

6. Store Content

CozyDen provides a Store with bookmark collections, widgets, backgrounds, and other assets. Some Store content is provided by third-party sources, including AI-curated bookmark collections powered by Bookmark.quest. Store content is licensed for personal use within CozyDen only.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of CozyDen. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, interruption of service, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
